Dear Sir/Mdm, 

I would like to check with regards to the family room. 

We have planned to travel to Seoul in December. Likely to be 30th December 2012 to 5th Jan 2013. What is the total cost for booking 1 whole family room ? We would like to have the whole room to ourselves as there are 4 of us in total. 

Please let us know the procedures on how to go about in booking the room and the terms and conditions i.e. cancellation charge etc.
